Our process is very simple and easy to use. We will provide you with a sleek, portable digital recorder. As you give your dictations they are stored as digital voice files in the recorder. After completing dictation transfer the digitized dictations from the recorder to your PC, using the connector provided, log on to the Internet and upload the data to our server.

Our transcriptionists get down to work immediately. Completed transcripts will be uploaded to the server as MS Word documents. We will be doing all the work even as you sleep in the night because it is day here in India. Soon as you come to your office the next day your staff downloads the documents over the Internet and prints a copy for your perusal and signature.
